# Lola Health

> Lola Health is a UK wellness-testing company offering at-home blood-test panels, urinalysis, microbiome testing, epigenetic biological-age testing, food supplements and a wellness mobile app. Every blood-test result is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor before release. Samples are analysed by UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) UK partner laboratories; TruDiagnostic epigenetic tests are processed by CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited US partner labs.

## Regulatory status

The Lola mobile application is a **wellness and lifestyle software product**. It is not a medical device, is not registered with the MHRA, and does not carry a UKCA, CE or FDA mark. It is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, prediction, prognosis, monitoring or treatment of disease. Samples are analysed by our UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) UK partner laboratory. Clinical interpretation of any lab result is provided by the GMC-registered reviewing doctor, not by the software or by this catalogue.

## Biological-age (epigenetic) tests

Lola Health is the official UK and Europe partner of TruDiagnostic. These tests use DNA methylation analysis, not blood biochemistry, and are processed by TruDiagnostic's CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited US lab. Results take 4-6 weeks from lab receipt.

## How it works

1. Choose a panel on lolahealth.com and pick a collection method at checkout.
2. Provide your sample. Phlebotomist visit takes about 10 minutes; finger-prick collection takes about 5 minutes.
3. Sample is sent to or collected by our UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) UK partner laboratory.
4. A GMC-registered doctor reviews the result and writes personalised commentary.
5. Result is delivered via the Lola mobile app within 2-5 working days for blood panels (4-6 weeks for epigenetic tests).
6. Download a PDF or CSV to share with your GP if anything is worth following up on.
