Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use Lola Health, including disabled people and people who need information in a different form. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we keep the site under review as we build.
We never charge you for an adjustment. Section 20(7) of the Equality Act 2010 makes that a legal duty, not a favour, and it applies to everything on this page.
If you need information in a different form
Tell us what would help and we will arrange it. Email [email protected]. We reply within 3 working days.
What we can do today:
- Large print — your results and other documents, on request.
- Someone to talk it through with you. A member of our team will go through your results with you and complete any form with you, rather than leaving you to do it alone.
- A carer, advocate, family member or friend with you at any point, with your agreement.
- More time. If a step takes you longer, tell us and we will work to your pace.
What we cannot do yet, said plainly: we do not offer easy-read, audio, Braille or translated versions of your results, and we do not currently offer British Sign Language interpretation. Email and the app are the ways to reach us. We would rather tell you what we cannot do than promise something we cannot deliver. If one of those is what you need, contact us anyway and we will tell you honestly what we can do instead.
Recording what you need
Tell us once and we record it against your account, so you do not have to ask again each time you order. If we asked about your communication needs when you ordered a blood test, your answer is saved. If you bought a kit on its own and were not asked, or what you need changes, email [email protected] and we will add or update it.
Telling us we got it wrong
If you have trouble using our website, our app or our services, or you have a suggestion for improving them, we want to know:
- Email: [email protected], or [email protected]
- Post: Lola Health Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF
We acknowledge within 3 working days, and we treat accessibility feedback as something to fix rather than file.
If you are unhappy with how we responded, our Complaints Procedure is the next step — we will look at it properly and reply in writing. You can also contact the Equality Advisory Support Service (EASS), which gives free advice and information on equality and human rights including accessibility, at any time. You do not have to come to us first.
