Privacy & GDPR

Lola Health is registered with the ICO (ZB752885) and processes special category health data under Article 9 of the UK GDPR. Each employee creates their own private account. Employers never see individual results. The aggregate wellness report shared with HR is fully anonymised and only generated when 50+ employees test, so no individual can be identified. Full DPA available on request before booking.

How long does the on-site day take?
A single phlebotomist can draw ~40 employees per day at roughly 10 minutes each. For larger teams we send multiple phlebotomists or run multiple days.
What does the company need to provide?
A private room (meeting room is fine), a chair, and a small table. We bring everything else: centrifuge, dry ice cooler, supplies, sharps disposal.
How do employees book their slot?
We provide a simple booking link the company shares internally. Employees pick a 10-minute slot. No individual personal data flows back to the employer.
Where are the labs?
All testing is done in UKAS-accredited UK labs. Samples are couriered same-day.
How quickly do employees get results?
Most results within 3-4 working days. Each employee gets a private dashboard with doctor commentary on flagged biomarkers.
Can employees fast for the test?
Yes — we recommend an overnight fast and water only on the morning of testing. We send full instructions a week before.
What if we want a different panel for different employee groups?
No problem. Mix and match panels in one booking — for example, executives on Peak Insights 70 and broader team on Core Health 45. Use the contact form below for mixed quotes.
Do you serve teams outside London?
Yes — we cover all of mainland UK. Travel is included in the day rate for most locations within 90 minutes of major UK cities.
How do we pay?
For orders over 25 employees we invoice 30 days net. Smaller orders can pay by card at checkout.
