You have 14 days to change your mind about most orders. You do not have to use this form — an email to [email protected] saying you want to cancel is enough, and so is a letter. The form is here because the law says we have to provide one.
Before you cancel, two things are worth knowing. Once the seal on a sample kit has been broken it cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. And if you asked us to start the service inside the 14 days — by booking a phlebotomy appointment, for example — you can still cancel, but you pay for the part already delivered. Our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains both in full.
If you cancel in time and the kit is still sealed, you get a full refund with nothing deducted. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

What happens next
We will confirm we have received your cancellation. If goods need to come back to us we will tell you where to send them and who pays the return postage. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.
