What it is
Alli is orlistat 60mg. It is a pharmacy medicine, not an injection. It reduces the amount of fat the gut absorbs from a meal.
How you take it
One capsule with each main meal that contains fat, up to three a day. Skip the capsule if you skip the meal. A low-fat diet matters, because the fat that is not absorbed can cause oily stools.
